"Mr. Jefferey Frias, answered my call we said our greetings and I explained my situation, that I was looking for Home Insurance, he said Don't Worry, I'm here to help you, hearing those words I became more calm, I felt like I was going to have panic attack & I explained and he took all the information giving me a quote that I was satisfied, I told I have to go to the bank and make deposit. I came home an d immediately called Mr. Frias and from there on he told all the information. Did the 1st payment Mr. Frais explained everything to from A to Z. Below was the issues I was having...

Unfortunately, so far I'm unimpressed with this agent. I switched from another agent because they dropped the ball. So far with Sammy Martinez's agency it hasn't been too good. They lost one of the papers that I brought in to sign. Then they found it after a hassle.
Now I asked them a question that they said they were going to get back to me and they never did. I have to follow up with them way too often. It makes me question if they're giving me the right advice or whatever makes them the most commission?
I hope to change my rating because I don't want to look for another agency or insurance company.
On a bright note, they are very nice. But that won't get them far if they keep disappointing me."
